your package. If you are still waiting for your
membership package to arrive, it may be due to one of the following
reasons:
* We may be having
trouble finding you--if you haven't heard from us at all, please
re-submit all your information on the "Contact Us" page to make
sure it's correct.
* Please check your
spam filter, our welcome e-mail may not have gotten through.
* Due to the
overwhelming response to the Aqua Kids Club, we sometimes run out
of our membership package items faster than we anticipated. If this is
the case it may take a few weeks longer for your package to reach
you.
